I sent my return back, but the process has been really slow and kind of confusing. I’m still waiting on my refund and not totally sure what’s taking so long

The fabric feels really nice and the stitching looks clean. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good for the price, but I’m really happy with it

I tried asking about my order and then the reply came like days later, which was not great. They did answer me in the end, so it wasn’t totally ignored or anything, but the help felt a bit slow and not that useful. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating, honestly.

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too small. it’s frustrating running into the same sizing issue again.

My kimono showed up earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and it looks just like the photos, so that's always a relief, right? The size fit well too, which I was kind of hoping for. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely order from them again

I really like the look of this kimono, and the fabric feels decent, not amazing, but nice enough. The design is what sold me. My only issue is the stitching, which was a little uneven in a few spots, and I noticed a loose thread right after taking it out of the package. It’s not a bad purchase at all, I just expected, actually, I guess hoped for, a cleaner finish for the price.

My kimono showed up in the right size and color, just like I ordered. Everything was in the package too, nothing missing. I was a little nervous about ordering online, but it turned out fine. Happy with it.

What’s more frustrating is there’s been no real update, so I’m just left checking and asking over and over like I’m begging for something I already paid for. i’m resentful at this point because the whole experience has been a waste of time.

I ordered this from Kimonoji a few weeks back, and the material feels solid. I’ve worn it a few times already and washed it twice, and so far there are no loose threads or weird shrinking. It’s not super thick, but it’s better than I expected for the price. I’m taking one star off because some of the stitching could be a little cleaner, though part of me feels like I just ordered at a bad time and maybe got one from a rushed batch.

I was disappointed with these. The designs look kind of copied and don’t feel like real kimono styles to me at all. I spent time and energy picking them out, so it was annoying to end up with something that just doesn’t have the authentic look I was hoping for.

Prices felt fair. No real complaints. Good overall.

Ordered a kimono from kimonoji.com. It did show up on time, so that was good. But the packaging. Not great. The outer bag felt really thin and had a small tear in it. Inside, the kimono was just folded in plastic.

I shouldn’t really have to chase something like that, you know? The refund itself was handled fairly, but the follow-up part was still frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just a little irritating because I had to check in when it should’ve been automatic.

I got my kimono from kimonoji.com last week and was kind of surprised by how nice the fabric feels. It’s soft and lightweight, and it doesn’t have that scratchy feeling some stuff has on the skin. I wore it around the house for a while and it was really comfortable. It also moves nicely and doesn’t feel stiff. Anyway, I liked it.

I was in a good mood when I opened it because the color looked just like the photos. No weird surprises, it was exactly what I expected.
